Can I make a booking amendment?
Yes, you can. Please amend your booking on our website or email our reservation department for assistance at reservation@vivarabali.com with the title “Change of Reservation” Please note that any change is subject to room availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you fail to arrive on the specified date or cancel a booking within 6 days before arrival, you will be charged the first night’s room rate. We will refund the remaining balance. We will refund your payment or deposit for any cancellation requested more than 6 days in advance. Refunds normally take approximately 14 working days. If your payment or deposit were charged to a credit card, the refund would be made to that credit card.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 2 pm, and check-out is at 12 noon.
What is your children’s policy?
The maximum number of children sharing a room with parents is one unless otherwise specified in advance. Vivara Bali will charge for an extra bed for children aged 6 to 12. Extra bed and breakfast for children under 6 years old are free. *

What about late check-out and day use?
Check-out time is 12:00 am.
You can deposit your luggage with us and enjoy the hotel. A late check-out lounge with a shower is available near the lobby area.
In case you wish to keep your room after the respective check-out time, please contact your guest relations officer (GRO) or Front Office staff, which will inform you about the additional charges. Please dial number 1.
Can I have airport pick up?

How do I check the room availability and rates?
Go to Vivara’s confirmation & booking page. Enter your required check-in and check-out dates, and click search. We will then generate room availability and rates. Discounted rates are only valid if you book through www.vivarabali.com
All rates are in Indonesian Rupiah, and billing is processed in Indonesian Rupiah.
Room rates are inclusive of taxes and service charges unless otherwise specified.
Rates may be changed without prior notice.
How do I extend my stay?

What’s included in the room rate?
Room rates are inclusive of breakfast, welcome drink & cold towel, all-day breakfast at the Royal Pool Club Bar & Restaurant, mini bar refilled one time per day stocked with soft drinks, fruit amenities on arrival, daily turndown service, Wi-Fi throughout the retreat, tax and service charge unless otherwise specified, honeymoon & birthday amenities.
How far is Vivara Bali from the airport?
Only 20 minutes or 10 km.
Does your hotel allow pets?
Maximum of 2 pets per villa, each weighing up to 17 kg. Pets are referred to as dogs and cats only. IDR 1.600.000- (minimum) will be charged for deep cleaning/repairs in the event of damage caused by the pet to the room or any other resort facilities during the stay. Pets must be on a leash or in a carrier during the guest’s stay.
Honeymoon or Anniversary?
Where there is love, there is Vivara. Included in your room rate is A small token of appreciation for our guests who celebrate their birthday or honeymoon while you stay at Vivara – Please let us know in advance, and we will prepare a couple of love swans and flowers on your bed. Advance information during the reservation or check is necessary. For more detail, please check the In-room dining menu, events & romance by Vivara.

An extra bed charge will apply for an additional person above 6 years in a room above the number specified in the room description. Please note that a maximum of one extra bed is allowed in each room unless otherwise specified.
